and tat fuel surcharge thing is a headache~ well pple pple... for ur inform the airtax n fuel surcharge is not included in the tour packages de okie! so if tax or fuel price goes up! prepare to pay... tis is for the flight... not as a commission to the travel agency~
and if u ever call the travel agency... pls choose the no. to the correct department... dun expect us to noe every1 in the office... transferin calls is mafan lehx... hav to refer a long long list of persons to check who exactly is the one u r talkin abt... imagine there e.g. john goh, john tan, john lim... wat ever crappy name! ask for the name or better stil the extension no. of the person u talk to canz... for god's sake n watever... faints off~...
